Before meeting Jeff, I suffered from severe anxiety and anorexia. My days were filled with Torture - with each day consisting of endless lists of tasks to prove my worthiness, rest, relaxation, and food, which became a never-ending goal that seemed unachievable.
It was hell.
Jeff came Highly recommended as “life-changing” from my very close friend. I trust her, thus I trusted Jeff. I did not understand the process at the start, but I trust that he could make a phenomenal difference to me, as he had done for my friend.
Each interaction was groundbreaking - with new insights, new awareness, new revelations each time. I felt like I understood myself, my past, and all of my patterns, more than I ever had. I felt that ALL of the therapy I had completed in the past - five (5) years - was comparable to one (1) week of working with Jeff.
I Confirm… Life - Changing! Jeff shone a light where no light had shone before, into patterns which were keeping me stuck and keeping me unhappy, depressed, anxious, and anorexic. He allowed me to find compassion for myself, rather than contempt. He enabled me to see the mechanics of my patterns, understand their roots, and understand that they were no longer serving me, so I could create a new life.
I must admit, awareness is one thing, but the other element is making a daily choice to create your existence - which I do now, and WITH awareness, I am able to make a choice that serves me to become my best me - mentally, physically, and spiritually.
Now my anxiety is minimal, the anorexia has shifted as has my body, my depression I had is now minimal. I am much more relaxed, calm, clear, certain, confident, self- assured, and ok with myself however I am - and I am not trying to be anything or anyone that I am not. My work has also improved as a result of working with Jeff.
The most significant change is me simply being able to enjoy my life once more. I am no longer in hell.

Most of the people I know are stuck in patterns, old habits, old conditioning - and they have no idea how to evolve or get unstuck. In my experience, Jeff was fundamental to me becoming unstuck, and I trust it is the same for others as well - as it has been for years and years prior to my experience!
